Discover this 25 year old rum crafted from a blend of light rum and aguardiente (Cuban molasses eaux-de-vie).

Inspired by 19th century Cuban molasses eaux-de-vie characterised by their aromatic complexity, Maesteo Ronero (Rum Master) Cesar Marti, has created this private cask specifically for Dominique London. 

Made with 100% aguardiente, the most flavourful and complex Cuban molasses eaux-de-vie, the final blend is aged for a minumum of 25 years. 

Eminente finds its roots in the wild side of an island locals call 'Isla del Cocodrilo,' it's unusual shape evoking that of its native crocodile. The sensorial, textured glass and crocodile shaped island on the label are reminiscent of the fierce reptile. 

Eminente is one of the few Cuban rums sold internationally to hold the coverted 'Denomiacion de Origen Protegids' or D.O.P. Ron de Cuba. Granted by the Regulatory Council, it imposes strict rules to ensure the authenticity of Cuban rum. 

This rum is bottled in a brand new bottle, once again paying tribute to the scales of the Cuban crocodile but reimaged in a more contemporary style. It is presented in a beautiful, first of its kind wooden case to elevate the entire experience.
