Dominant characteristics of roasted walnuts, delicate dried fruits, and light vintage leather take center stage, balanced beautifully by an emerging layer of wildwood honey sweetness.
Final Third: The final third introduces a touch more depth while remaining firmly within a comfortable medium-bodied framework. Layers of dry oak, warm baking pastry, and clean mineral earth harmonize together seamlessly. The voluminous smoke continues to run cool, finishing long, crisp, and highly aromatic.
