Crafted in Kampen using centuries-old Dutch tobacco blending traditions, the Olifant Knakje XO highlights the refined elegance of vintage Sumatra Besuki tobacco. Wrapped in an extra-aged (XO) Sumatra leaf over a complex core of Java, Brazilian Mata Fina, and Cuban tobaccos, this mild-to-medium dry cigarillo delivers rich aromatic spice and subtle sweetness without requiring humidor storage. Offered as a single stick, it pairs exceptionally well with a morning espresso, a classic black coffee, or a glass of dry gin.

The cold aroma displays fragrant notes of dry cedar, sweet spice, floral soil, and roasted tea leaves. Lighting up brings immediate initial flavors of toasted oak, crisp white pepper, and a natural herbal sweetness on the retrohale. Moving into the middle section, the profile opens into rounded notes of roasted hazelnut, dry cocoa, and subtle Sumatra spice. The finish concludes clean and refreshing, leaving a delicate aftertaste of woody warmth and mild spice on the palate.
