The initial light opens with rich, commanding layers of dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, and sweet oak infused with vanilla undertones from the extensive cask aging. As the burn moves through the middle third, deep notes of black pepper, roasted nuts, leather, and rich earth develop, concluding with a naturally sweet, oily, and satisfying cocoa finish.
