Mil Días is famous for its "creamy-spicy" paradox—it manages to be rich and smooth while maintaining a bright, peppery energy.
First Third: Opens with a vibrant burst of white pepper and baking spices, quickly smoothed over by a distinct custard-like creaminess.
Second Third: The profile settles into a sophisticated mid-palate of salted caramel, roasted nuts, and a touch of floral sweetness.
Final Third: The finish is clean and woody, featuring notes of cedar, leather, and a lingering graham cracker spice.
