This is not a "boring" Connecticut; it features the signature AJ Fernandez "zing" balanced by a buttery smooth texture.
First Third: The narrow foot provides an immediate concentration of white pepper and cedar. As the burn line widens, it opens up into a creamy profile of cashews and freshly baked bread.
Second Third: The influence of the Cameroon binder becomes evident, adding a unique baking spice sweetness (nutmeg and cinnamon). The core is defined by a buttery mouthfeel and notes of sweet hay.
