Hoyo De Monterrey
Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo de San Luis Box of 25 Cigars
First Third: The cigar ignites with a smooth, flawless draw and an immediate, highly refined greeting. A beautiful shimmer of light-caramel-colored wrapper oils delivers a crisp, inviting aroma. Mellow layers of seasoned cedar wood, fresh field straw, and a very subtle, elegant herbal bitterness immediately coat the palate.
Second Third: Moving into the main section of the Fragancias barrel, the tobacco intensity builds progressively. The profile turns noticeably warmer and deeper as toasted notes begin to merge gracefully with the underlying woodiness, introducing a luxurious, balanced mouthfeel with a gentle room note.
Final Third: The conclusion scales up into a highly satisfying, aromatic medium presence. Delicate, gourmet notes of pure dark cocoa grounds and a soft wave of warming baking spices come to the forefront. The retrohale remains smooth, finishing clean with a light, pleasant, and lingering aftertaste.
