The initial light opens with rich, mouth-filling clouds of red pepper, charred oak, and a warm honey-caramel sweetness from the bourbon barrel aging. As the burn progresses through the middle third, complex layers of toasted almonds, baking spices, dark chocolate, and earth unfold, concluding with a long, velvety finish of sweet spice, cedar, and leather.
